UDP Flood - !udp IP Port NumberOfPackets PacketSize Delay(Seconds Timeout(Seconds)
Notes for DDOS:
NumberOfPackets = Will determine the length  of the flood.Once the number of packet send reaches 0, the bots stop flood and go back to your channel.
PacketSize = Only use the following range: 1024 to 102400
Delay = This will be the distance in second between each packets. Use 1000 to 100000 for better performance. Use bigger latency for slow networks.
Timeout = This is a security measure only. This is the ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM length of your flood. This is to prevent bot loss its a slow computer
